[Breaking News] Manus AI to run independently, with no points deducted for tasks for 14 days!

I just opened it and saw this.

This is the official announcement.

But that’s not important—the important thing is that using Manus today apparently doesn’t consume any credits!!!

As shown, I guess the migration wasn’t configured properly, or the official team is giving away benefits.

Oh, it’s officially free!

Manus 1.6 and 1.6 Lite are free for a limited time. Using them before August 25 won’t deduct any credits, and you can choose two agents.

Go use it now!

Just woke up. I saw the email in my inbox—they’re going to delete my account.

It seems like only some accounts were deleted—mine wasn’t. :ac01:

Thank you for sharing, I’ve already started testing it out~

Why not just use OpenCode and SenseTime DeepSeek locally? The Manus models are all modified from things like GPT anyway.

As far as I know, manus is Claude plus Qwen (Qwen is the execution engine, and it’s specially tuned by them—it runs at a speed of over 1,000 tokens per second).

DeepSeek + OpenCode is great, but the thing is, your computer/NAS/server needs to stay on all the time.

Plus, the browser experience isn’t as polished as manus :xhj001:

Manus is just too expensive,

But recently there’s a 14-day free trial, plus free access to gpt-image-2.

Thanks, bro! I’ve already registered, hehe.

Good news, thanks for sharing.

Is there an API?

Huh? This is a complete agent product.

Right now, it’s basically the most polished one in its class.

If you just want the API, then it’s not really worth much.

I tried it out and it’s actually pretty good.
