Move the node from General Chat to MODELOC

Just lower the multiplier when creating it; the default MODELOC price is pulled from the official price.

If you have extra models, just put them up there—might as well make some money from them.

Just enter the multiplier. Based on the market price, 50k units of compute is equivalent to $5 worth of API usage.
