Actually, you can use the local CDP to wrap Muse as an OpenAI-compatible interface (forwarding a local port to /v1/chat/completions), so it can be plugged directly into various Coding Agents and Harnesses. The speed is very stable, and it never disconnects.

The idea of a local CDP seems very practical to me, especially to avoid depending solely on the app: if forwarding to /v1/chat/completions is configured properly, you can test it with a short request and check that the response arrives complete before connecting it to a more resource-intensive coding agent. I’d also make sure the port is bound only to localhost and that the key isn’t shared outside the machine, since that’s where headaches usually start.
