Final resolution regarding the US3 incident:
- All user machines in this region have been removed (they cannot be started, and reinstalling the system is also ineffective).
- The corresponding host server (“mother server”) is still unable to start normally, and the product page has been temporarily taken offline.
- If the mother server is successfully repaired in the future, we will continue to use this server.
Compensation plan for affected users:
- Gold members and above can DM me (forum private message, not support ticket). After explaining your situation, we will help you replace your machine for free (subject to available stock, first come first served).
- Please contact me via DM as soon as possible for processing, and include your account/original machine info (your account may have been deleted). I’ll arrange it as quickly as possible.
Progress on Free NAT/High-Performance Machines for Chinese New Year:
- Over 50 machines have been distributed so far—thanks for your enthusiastic participation!
- This event is not over yet. We’ll continue to distribute more machines irregularly (the card delivery site fk.ulzix.com will also keep adding stock).
- However, to prevent similar destructive incidents from happening again, we’ve decided to strengthen management:
- All future free/benefit machine distributions will be more strictly managed, including but not limited to:
- Higher membership level restrictions (Gold and above prioritized/exclusive)
- One-on-one application reviews (you’ll need to provide intended use and commit to civilized usage, etc.)
- Enhanced operational audit and security (script monitoring, automatic interception of abnormal behavior, etc.)
- All future free/benefit machine distributions will be more strictly managed, including but not limited to:
A special call to everyone: Please use your machine civilly—never run destructive scripts, maliciously modify CPU cores, or do anything that could affect system stability or other users.
The improper actions of a small minority can reduce benefits for the whole community and worsen everyone’s experience. Let’s respect each other and work together to maintain a healthy environment~
