Following our last update, we’re rolling out a series of major new features focused on DNS resolution, AI-powered customer support, and multilingual experiences—all free for every user.

  • You can now create records for any level under your own subdomain, such as test.yourname.domain or a.b.yourname.domain.
  • Seamless support for underscore-prefixed records like _acme-challenge, making SSL certificate requests and domain ownership (TXT) verification a breeze in one go.
  • Added “Host Record” field: leave it blank or use @ to refer to your subdomain directly, or input test for test.xxx—just like the major DNS providers.

  • After you submit a ticket, our AI assistant can instantly respond 24/7, instantly answering common questions.
  • The bot replies in your language (asks in Chinese? answered in Chinese; ask in English, answered in English, etc.).
  • Every AI reply is tagged as “AI Assistant” for reference only; important issues like bans, refunds, or data are always handled by a human agent.
  • Once a human agent joins the conversation, the AI stops automatically and won’t disturb your chat.
