My registered GitHub account doesn’t work; I don’t know why it was flagged. My new registration doesn’t work, and even after 7 days it’s still unusable. I don’t know how to resolve this.

Bro, let me tell you how to fix it. After I reported the issue yesterday, my account was unblocked by early morning.

Go to https://support.github.com/ and submit a ticket—just make sure to be polite. You might need a foreign phone number to receive the verification code. I recommend using https://hero-sms.com/cn to get a temporary Canadian phone number for receiving the code so you can fill out the ticket form. After that, just wait for the email response.
