大佬们，有没有什么好用的u卡，或者海外银行卡推荐，而且现在可以办理的啊，我的bybit卡感觉老是被拒付，有的话给个教程呗，万分感谢。

如果你是想白嫖AI的话，现在U卡基本都是拒付。

有护照，还要会手机虚拟定位香港，可以试试bitget 的fiat24卡

我就是bybit，之前开的哈萨克斯坦的亚洲卡，但是不知道为什么绑定不了美区appleid，我想搞wise油管博主也不推荐u卡直接入金激活，现在fiat24好像不支持中国用户开卡了，我护照预约了6.26号去办
不过我白嫖过gpt一个月的plus，确实一开始一直拒付，后面不知道为什么又成功了，纯看运气，现在N26那些又关门了，想开又开不了
我有香港的esim流量，行不行，主要是我的护照还没办，最近又要考试，有点烦

蹲一下有没有好的方案，我也有这个需求，bybit动不动就被风险拒付了，两次拒付就冻结，很多时候不是很好用。我看好多人说wise，wise我是国区，国区又申请不了卡，我看别人说注册外区的容易被封wise，就直接注册的国区，是不是就没办法了？
It’s tough—these days, if you want to open a card, you basically have to go abroad and do it locally. If that’s not possible, just go to Hong Kong and open a local card there to activate Wise for now.
N26 got spooked after closing so many accounts, so now it’s really hard to open a new one.
It’ll take about a week or so to get your passport, so you can go ahead and apply now — by the time your exams are over, it should be ready.
